The wine is made at Chateau Vrai Caillou in Soussac, within the Entre-Deux-Mers area between the Garonne Dordogne rivers. It's a blend of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Gris, 20% Semillon and 10% Muscadelle.
Beautifully fresh,  the wine has green tints, very elegant fruit aromas and a crisp clean finish. Delicious on its own, it'll also go beautifully with shellfish and simply cooked white fish.
