Doring Bay is made by Fryer's Cove at their winery perched on the jetty that juts into the cold South Atlantic Ocean some 280km north of Cape Town. This Sauvignon Blanc reflects the location - it's fresh, crisp, steely and tangy with herbal grassy notes, with good fruit and structure. A classic match for goats cheese and light fish dishes.
