A sparkling pale pink rosé with a surprising depth of fruit, this wine is made by very slowly and carefully pressing 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier grapes for just the right amount of time to achieve the subtle colour. An ideal aperitif or ‘celebration’ drink, but also good with shellfish, light meats or fine charcuterie. www.jancisrobinson.com tasting note: "The perfume on this wine today...! It’s soaring out the glass! Rose petals and tiny wild strawberries and a little bit of Turkish delight. Peachy rounded and so incredibly charming. This is all kitten, rubbing up and down and purring on the tongue. A touch of ripe orange and the finest, filigree-lace bead. Racy, drawing minerality like a seam down the spine of the wine. 17.5/20"(Tamlyn Currin)
