Wine and Chocolate Pairing

During the evening we will explore how different wines—reds, whites and sweet fortified varieties can bring out the best in chocolate. Each type of chocolate will be paired with a few different wines, and we'll see which combinations we all enjoy the most. It's all about having a good time and discovering new flavours together.
