We’ll keep this policy updated on our webpage to show you all the things we do with your personal information so that you can be confident when sharing your information with us that it will be only used for what we say here.

Accessing your personal data held by West Meon Wine Society
You have the right to ask us, in writing, for a copy of all the personal data held about you (this is known as Subject access request). A copy will be sent to you as soon as possible but this will not be later than 40 days after your request.

This privacy policy applies solely to the personal data collected by us and does not apply to third party websites and services that are not under our control. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of third party websites and we advise users to read the privacy policies of other websites before registering any personal data.

West Meon Wine Society has in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information we collect. We do use external ‘data processors’ to manage events, record business meetings and contacts, and hold email mailing lists. All of our data processors have provided statements on how they keep your personal data safe and secure in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. All our team and data processors who have access to, and are associated with the processing of, personal data are legally obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors’ and supporters’ personal data.
