The Secateurs Chenin Blanc from the very good South African winemaker Adi Badenhorst is his entry level white. The 2024, partly fermented in older casks and large foudres, and with seven months on the lees, is archetypal Chenin Blanc. Bright and fresh, this has good fruit with enough acidity to give structure. With good mouth feel, and a long finish, it's a perfect all-occasion white.
