Made from 60% of the local grape Tannat, with 40% of Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc, the Tradition is a well structured but very welcoming Madiran. It's an inky ruby, with a rich spicy nose showing some wood, followed by ripe red fruits with light tannins. Very quaffable on its own or with winter dishes.
