This is made by Cederberg winemaker David Niewoudt from young Sauvignon parcels in the Cederberg mountains, plus fruit from cool climate Elim near the southern tip of Africa. Pale lemon with a classic sauvignon nose, fresh on the palate, but with some weight, and a long clean finish. Refreshing!
