70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from vines with an average age of 35 years old. Deep ruby with hints of garnet, a nose of dark fruits, cedar, and a hint of spice, bold flavours of blackberries, plums, and a touch of vanilla, with a lingering finish. Delicious with game dishes, cold meats, charcuterie and hard cheeses. Delicious now, but this will age well for another five years at least.
