50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. The wine is fermented and aged in barrels, maturing on the lees with regular stirring until bottling just before the summer of the following vintage. The nose shows fresh lemon, zesty lime, tropical pineapple, and a touch of fragrant hay underpinned by flintiness. On the palate, there's beautifully balanced freshness, crispness, and a hint of richness, with enough weight to accompany even rich and creamy dishes. Long, harmonious, and elegant it's hugely enjoyable and memorable.
