Brut Souverain NV is Champagne Henriot’s flagship non-vintage Champagne: a classic. 
It's a blend of the vineyard’s 29 different crus through different periods of their development, matured for at least 4 years on the lees .
 
There's a rich and complex nose of bready notes with fresh citrus, stone and red fruits. The palate is ample and round with a long, persistent freshness. Delicious!
