This dry white wine, made from 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sauvignon Gris, comes from the Loupiac region, a wine-growing area more famous for its dessert wines. The limestone subsoil and chalky clay topsoil help to provide a beautiful freshness to the wine. The grassy Sauvignon nose is followed by almost tropical fruit, balanced acidity, and a long clean finish.
