L'Étoile is 100% barrel-fermented from very low yielding vines, and is certified organic and vegan-friendly.  With both nose and palate reflecting the oak and creamy butter, it's reminiscent of a well made Mâconnais white. Beautifully balance it lasts an age in the mouth. A very classy Chardonnay at the price.
