Fatum is a blend of around 80% Tempranillo and 20% Bobal. While Tempranillo will be familiar, Bobal may not be, but it's a good foil for Tempranillo as it adds refreshing acidity and structure. Fatum is a lovely fruity red, showing a little age to soften the edges and bring complexity.
