Equal parts of Fiano, Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant lemon in colour, with a rich fruity nose, hinting at lychees. There's a zingy palate, good weight and length in the mouth. Delightful on its own, it's robust enough to go well with lightly spiced food.
