The blend is 67% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier, and 11% Pinot Noir, from the 2014 harvest, with barrel and tank aged reserve wines, aged for nearly 6ix years on the lees.  There are hints of all sorts of flowers and fruits on the nose - orange blossom, lily, confit lemon, apple and stone fruit. The palate intensifies, with tarte tatin, akmond and crumble. It's well structured, with fresh acidity, yet creamy, followed by a mineral, chalky finish. The mousse is persistent and elegant. Incredibly complex and hugely enjoyable.
