This award winning blush sparkling wine is made from the traditional Chilean Pais grape by the classic method with second fermentation in the bottle. It's very pale pink, with fine soft bubbles. Hints of red and citrus fruits dominate the nose. On the palate it's fresh and fruity, very characteristic of the Pais grape. Really delicious and great fun!
