From low-yielding vineyards. Winemaking is all manual. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks over 18–20 days, then aging for 5 months in small second and third fill French oak barrels.
A generous wine with ripe berry fruits. Medium-bodied and round on the palate with soft tannins.
