56% Chenin Blanc, 39% Muscat de Frontignan 3% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Grasa de Cotnari. Only grapes affected with Noble Rot (Botrytis cinerea) are selected. To preserve acid structure, no malolactic fermentation is carried out. Fermentation is stopped when the right sweetness level is reached.
 
A brilliant yellow colour with hints of gold. The nose has aromas of orange peel, apricot and dried peach. The palate shows dried fruit, pineapple and citrus flavours, with a subtle balance between acid and sugar. Delicious on its own, it also pairs well with patés, blue cheeses, pastries and all sorts of desserts.
