While more than 90% of all Cava is produced in the Penedès area in Catalonia, this one is from Utiel-Requena, just west of Valencia.
It’s pale yellow with green undertones, bright, fine bubbles and a persistent mousse. On the nose it displays intense aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, with notes of citrus and flowers. The palate is fresh and floral, with balanced acidity with a long and elegant finish.
