A blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir with a little Chardonnay and a small portion of reserve wines. A pale onion skin with a persistent, fine mousse. The nose shows ripe red berry fruits overlaid with summer florals with  toasted nuts and sweet spice underpinned by yeasty bread. It's rich and round on the creamy palate, with notes of raspberry, cranberry and redcurrant, but the fresh acidity provides the perfect balance and leads to a refreshing but persistent and luxurious finish.
